MG Hathway

Mary Grace has been a member of The Hathway Band since 2016. The band has become a familiar name in the D.C. music scene preforming at venues like The Bullpen, The French Embassy, and Sauf Haus. In the past two years, Mary Grace started her solo career, creating her own sound that blends Irish melodies with lyric-driven folk. She likes James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, Cat Stevens, and Gregory Alan Isakov.

In 2025, she released her first solo song and began performing independently. She is drawn to audiences who listen to think, not just to repeat catchphrases. She does not like the huss and fuss of promotion and hopes to attract authentic listeners. Her community grows through live shows and encouraging friends. 

She hopes her songs feel like stories you know well, or ones you’d like to.
